The Brother from Another Planet (1984)
this kind of film has never and will never be made again. It’s marketed as black comedy, but this movie is not funny at all. And I don’t mean that in a bad way: it gets a lot across (immigration, modern day slavery, drug abuse, etc.) in a low key, non-agressive way.
