The River (1951)
based on the Novel by Rumer Godden, The River, directed by Jean Renoir creates a life of it’s own. Though I can’t say that all the acting was the most superb, the story was interesting, and you absolutely cannot go wring when filming in location in India.

Tonight! and it will make it all better
I’ve been hearing good things about Wes Anderson’s Fantastic Mr. Fox (2009) and am seeing it tonight! It’s been a good day, albeit a quick one, and this should end it well. I love Wes Anderson’s films, and am open to and proud to call myself a cult follower! I’ve been waiting for the perfect night to see this and it’s finally here!
